All payments are due on the first of the month. However, we know that life happens. As long as you make your payment within the month it is due, there is no penalty. If you lapse into a second month and fall behind by two months or remain behind by one month for 90 days or longer, your account will be flagged for potential Client Refund pull to cover your missed payments. Once the account goes beyond 60 days delinquent, we will pull the delinquent funds from your Client Refund to ensure you maintain coverage and stay active. It's your money - it should be working for you . . . Especially in your time of need.
