Truth and Transparency: All information provided to Better Insurance will be truthful, complete, and accurate. I will never falsify reports, photographs, or evidence. Misrepresentation or fabrication constitutes material breach and grounds for immediate removal.
No Side Payments: I will not accept money, gifts, or any compensation from clients, vendors, or any party to a claim beyond my authorized payment from Better Insurance. Any offer of side payment will be reported immediately.
Documentation Integrity: All photographs, measurements, and observations will accurately represent what I witnessed. I will not stage, edit, or manipulate evidence. GPS-tagged photos will reflect actual site visit times and locations.
Professional Conduct: I will treat all parties (clients, vendors, witnesses) with respect and professionalism. I will not enter property without permission, make threats, or engage in any unprofessional behavior.
Confidentiality: I will protect the privacy of clients and maintain confidentiality of case information. I will not discuss cases publicly or disclose information to unauthorized parties.
Conflict of Interest: I will disclose any personal or financial relationships with parties involved in claims I'm assigned to verify. I will not work on cases where I have conflicts of interest.
Enforcement Acknowledgement: I understand that violations may result in immediate removal from the Field Verifier network, public documentation of enforcement action, and potential blacklisting from the Better Insurance ecosystem. There is no appeal, reinstatement, or secondary review for violations of good faith or corrupt behavior.
Vendor Accountability Support: I agree to document vendor fraud, overcharging, or misconduct accurately and thoroughly. I understand my reports may lead to vendor blacklisting and public disclosure of violations. I will not take that responsibility lightly, or operate with any prejudice or preconceptions.
Continuous Improvement: I agree to participate in Better Insurance's rating and feedback systems. I will accept coaching and feedback professionally and work to improve my performance when needed.
Honor-bound Perceptions: My evaluations, claims submissions, and reports will reflect an impartial, evidence-based, detail-oriented perspective at all times for the benefit of both Clients and Vendors. I will not promote victimhood or entitlement, and I acknowledge that I am duty-bound to tell the truth in every finding to Better Insurance regardless of what the costs, impacts, or feelings might be.
